Intermediate Brazilian Embroidery Design
This design offers several favorite stitches and techniques combined in new and creative ways for stitching excitement! Framing the Honor Heart is the new Marseille Knot. Double herringbone leaves surround this design’s focal flower, a perky puffball made with Bouclé and Lola bullions. A flower from Rosalie’s book, My LadyFlowers, inspires realistic michelmas daisies. The blazing stars are made with wrapped double cast-on stitches and blanket-stitched maidenhair ferns fill out the design.
