Eye : Iris 226 (Or Brown part of 315) Metallic thread gives a nice effect.
Large leaf: Iris 410
Carnations on

Buds on Mane: Lola 153
April flower: Iris & Glory 026
Outer corners
Carnations & Buds in Corners Lola 008, 018, 070, 082
Greens:
Iris 410.
Outside fleur de leis: Candlelight or Krenick #8 in Gold/Silver.
