Face,
arms, hands, and legs: Iris 168 or Iris 130 Ballerina Dress, shoes and ribbon:
Candlelight 010 – copper/silver/lavender blend (Iris, Lola and Nova were used in
the original sample - just choose a lavender and it will work just great) Wisteria flower:
Iris 134 Yellow Cast-On Rose: Iris 219 Periwinkle Cast-on Daisy: Iris 153 Coral or choose a pink Peach Blossoms: Iris Purple – 125 or Iris 136 Greenery: Iris 410 Green
Facial features may be done with metallic thread. Advanced stitchers may
substitute any of these flowers for more complex ones they know, as the ink
washes out.
Stitches Used in this
design: Stem stitch, Satin stitch,
Chain stitches, Detached Buttonhole stitches – 2 rows, Cast-on stitches, French
Knots, Alternating Satin Stitch, Lazy Daisy Stitches. You must have the basic
knowledge of these stitches to complete this design.
