Well - someone said to me "What if I don't use yellow?" I said "Then just call it Daffy and Friends". Now what? I think they are both good names and I couldn't decide what to do. Colors and thread weights used in this Yellow version of this design: Oriental Lily: Lola 203, Lola 106 Greens: Iris 161, Iris 216 Vines: Glory 042 Cast-On Flower: Lola 106 Daffodil: Iris 134, Lola 203, Glory 000 Border: Lola 106 or Lola 203 2 skeins of each are needed to the total design Stitches used in this design: Cast-On Stitches, French Knots, Stem Stitches, Couching, Back Stitches, Double Stem stitch, Alternating Satin Stitch, Multiple rows of Detached Buttonhole stitch, Double cast-ons over needles. A good review of the stitching techniques is provided. The directions will tell you how to make the flowers and motifs using those stitches.
