Brazilian Embroidery Design: Cyclamen |
JDR310 Cyclamen 16" x 16" Intermediate Brazilian Embroidery Design by Jaqueline O'Reilly New Directions ! This design is made entirely in Lola weight thread. The base of each flower is in a rusty brown Lola. The pistils are in Lola yellow. The flowers: choose a color in Lola and then pick out 2 - 3 shades of that color (Light to Dark). Greens: Two shades of Lola green. The following basic stitching directions are NOT included: Straight stitch, detached buttonhole stitch, French Knots & Satin Stitch. There is a "Refresher" lesson on Stem Stitch, Bullions, Leaf Stitch, Couching Stitch & detached buttonhole stitches are included. The directions tell you how to USE the above stitches to make the flowers in the design.
