You must have the basic knowledge of Brazilian Embroidery including the
following stitches: stem stitch, blanket stitch, French knots, alternating
satin stitch, chain stitch, cast-on stitch, bullions and simple detached
buttonhole stitches.
The directions do show you how to do the double cast-on stitch and the Double
Cast-On Drizzle and the picot edging. There is a review of the detached
buttonhole stitch used in this design.
