To successfully complete
this design the stitcher must have the basic knowledge of Brazilian Embroidery
stem stitch, couching, alternating satin stitch (leaf stitch), back stitches,
cast-on stitches, bullions, pistil stitches, double cast-on stitches, drizzle
stitch.
There are complete directions for the double cast-on stitch and the Pekinese
stitch. The directions tell you how to use the stitches to create the flowers.
The following colors are what were used in the sample – but please feel free to
choose your own colors.
