A lovely straw hat for a day in the French countryside! Learn the stacked split stitch technique used to create the straw hat, as well
as the long bullion and up-down cast-on. The curved double cast-on bullion
techniques are used to create the flowers, the fringe stitch makes the feather,
and the cast-on blanket stitch completes the ribbon. It is helpful
to know satin stitch, bullion, cast-on, turkey work, and blanket stitch before
you start this design.
Design Area: 8" x 9" Fabric Size: 15" x 18"
